Founder & CEO
A serial entrepreneur, Amir founded TaKaDu in 2008. Previously, Amir founded YaData in 2005, serving as CEO until the company’s acquisition by Microsoft in 2008. In 1999, he founded Cash-U (later named Unipier).
Udi Geismar
VP Sales & Customer Success
With over 20 years of experience in the global enterprise software business, Udi has served at VP and Director level in a range of positions, responsible for customer success, sales, professional services, product management, and post-merger integration.
Boaz Zinkower
VP R&D
Prior to TaKaDu, Boaz worked at ClickSoftware from 1996 to 2017 in various management roles, including: R&D Team Leader, Professional Services, Director of R&D QA, and Director of Operations & Training Services.
Dan Zehavi
Finance Director
Dan is an accountant with over 10 years of experience in the financial and accounting world. During this time, he gained considerable experience in: accounting, financial management and auditing of large and small companies (public and private).

Tony Kelly
Tony, a civil engineer, has spent over 40 years in the water industry, with extensive experience in planning, design and construction roles, as well as in key roles in strategic planning. As a strategic planner, he has been involved in major utility reforms, including water utility mergers, corporatization, independent price regulation and privatization. Tony was Managing Director of Yarra Valley Water, Australia, for 11 years from 2003 to 2014.
Gonzalo Reyes
Gonzalo, a commercial engineer, has more than 20 years of international experience as a high-level executive of utility companies. Gonzalo’s achievements and competencies include: the optimization of operational processes, investment planning, negotiation of regulated tariffs, project management, financial planning and controlling, strategic planning, business development, and M&A.
Dr. Peter Williams
Dr Peter Williams, an IBM Distinguished Engineer, recently retired from IBM with over 30 years’ experience in building new service offerings and new businesses. He played a significant role in the creation of IBM’s water management, smarter plant, smarter cities and disaster resilience businesses, and regularly advises VC funds and both startups and more mature companies in several sectors.
Carl Yates
Carl Yates, M.A.Sc., P.Eng., has extensive experience in the water profession, with 31 years of service with Halifax Water, 25 as general manager. Mr. Yates oversaw two mergers in which the utility expanded its mandate, first in 1996 and again in 2007 when Halifax Water became the first regulated water, wastewater and stormwater utility in Canada. After retiring from Halifax Water in 2019, Carl formed a consulting company, Yates Water Management, to support and promote sustainable water management. He currently serves as Chair of the Canadian Water Network, Director of the Alliance for Water Efficiency and Director of Operators Without Borders.
